GMUSEM VENTILATION DUCTS

The basic element of the  ventilation system are ventilation ducts made of first-grade PE-HD plastic. Double-layer ventilation duct is designed to distribute fresh and exhaust air in the house 
For additional protection, the smooth inner layer contains antibacterial, antifungal, and antistatic additives. 
Available in four diameters: Ø75, Ø110,Ø160 or Ø200 mm

Installation of ventilation ducts in the ceiling insulation layer Boxes and ventilation ducts are mounted directly onthe ceiling.

The installation is hidden in the insulation layer of the ceiling, for example, in polystyrene, which should have a minimum thickness equal to the diameter of the duct.

A good solution is to lay a thicker layer of ceiling insulation and cover the entire ventilation system.

Underfloor heating can be installed directly above ducts - both installations do not interfere with each other. When installing a plenum box, it is necessary to make an opening in the ceiling.

From below, only the air diffuser is visible, and the entire installation is covered with concrete screed and floor.

Installation of ventilation ductsin a suspended ceiling

The entire system - ducts and boxes - should be installed beneath the insulation.
Mounting on a suspended ceiling structure.
Mounting directly to the ceiling (for example, concrete).
Mounting with dedicated ducting clamps or perforated steel mounting tape.
